3. Product & Pricing Information

  1. All product prices displayed on the website are denominated in GBP (British Pound). VAT is clearly marked if applicable.
  2. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout before payment is confirmed.
  3. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices and stock levels without prior notice; confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
  4. All goods sold are physical tangible products; we do not sell virtual goods, recharge codes, financial products or high-risk digital services.

4. Order & Payment Rules

  1. Customers add items to cart, fill delivery address and complete checkout via official PayPal payment gateway.
  2. Two payment options via PayPal: log into personal PayPal account, or guest checkout with Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card (no PayPal account required).
  3. Payment is fully processed before order confirmation; funds are transferred instantly to our PayPal Business account. Each order generates a unique PayPal transaction ID linked to website order number for full audit records.
  4. We do not charge extra surcharges exclusively for PayPal payments. All payment processing rules comply with PayPal Merchant Agreement.
  5. Once payment succeeds, an automated order confirmation email will be sent to customer’s registered email address.

5. Delivery & Risk Transfer

  1. Standard delivery timeline is stated on product page and checkout page. We ship via Royal Mail, Yanwen, DHL and other legal international logistics providers.
  2. Ownership and risk of goods pass to the customer once the parcel is signed for by the buyer or designated receiver.
  3. We retain all shipping tracking numbers, packing photos and delivery records for every transaction for dispute and chargeback verification.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, text, images, graphic designs and product content on this website are the intellectual property of our company. No reproduction, copy, distribution or commercial use is permitted without written permission.

7. Liability Limitation

We only exclude liability to the maximum extent permitted by UK law. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from website use, except for liability for death, personal injury or fraud which cannot be excluded by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from orders or website use shall first be resolved via email customer service. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
