Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock jewellery: Dispatched within 2–5 working days after full payment confirmed via PayPal.
  • Custom engraved / handmade gold/platinum jewellery: Dispatch lead time 1–4 weeks, we will email you production progress updates.
  • Orders placed on weekends, UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

    We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses or unconfirmed delivery addresses for security of jewellery.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (All tracked + signature required)

We only use secure courier services for high-value jewellery: DHL Express, DPD Insured Line, Royal Mail Special Delivery.

UK Mainland Delivery

  1. Secure DHL Express (2–4 working days)

    Free shipping for orders over £150; £18 flat fee for orders under £150. Fully insured, signature on delivery.
  2. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day

    Flat rate £9.99, insured up to £5,000, 18+ signature mandatory.
  3. Standard DPD Tracked (4–7 working days)

    Free shipping over £80; £6.99 flat fee below £80.

EU Countries Delivery

  • DHL Insured Cross-border Line, 3–6 working days after dispatch.
  • Flat shipping £32; Free shipping for orders over £500.
  • IOSS VAT clearance supported; recipient may be liable for local import duties per EU customs rules.

Worldwide Delivery (USA, Australia, Canada etc.)

  • Hong Kong DHL Express, 3–7 working days (subject to customs clearance).
  • Flat shipping £38; Free shipping for orders over £600.
  • All international parcels carry full transit insurance matching your order value.

3. Shipping Insurance (Critical for Jewellery)

Every jewellery order includes comprehensive transit insurance at no extra cost:
  • Coverage equals full checkout order value (silver, 925 silver, gold, diamond & gemstone items fully covered).
  • All parcels require adult signature upon receipt to prevent theft or loss.
  • If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged during delivery, contact our support team within 48 hours after tracking update. We handle all insurance claims with courier, arrange re-delivery or full refund without extra charge to you.

4. Tracking & Delivery Notification

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with unique tracking number. Tracking data activates within 24 hours.

You can track parcel status via carrier official website anytime. We reserve the right to upgrade shipping service without extra cost for high-value jewellery orders to guarantee safe delivery.

5. Customs, VAT & Import Duties

  • UK domestic orders: All UK VAT included at checkout.
  • EU & global shipments: Goods are shipped under DDU terms. Import VAT, customs duties or local brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient, not covered by our shipping fee.
  • We declare accurate product value & real item name “Silver/Gold Jewellery” on customs invoice, no low-value declaration to avoid customs seizure.
  • All customs documents, commercial invoice will be attached with parcel for smooth clearance.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

Parcel will be returned to us if:
  1. Delivery address provided by customer is incorrect / incomplete;
  2. No adult available to sign for parcel after multiple delivery attempts;
  3. Customer refuses to receive the parcel or refuse customs duty payment.

    Return shipping cost and re-delivery charge will be borne by the buyer if re-shipment is required.

7. Liability Statement

We take full responsibility for parcels until signed and received by the customer. Once parcel is signed by recipient, we are not liable for subsequent loss, scratch or damage after delivery.

All shipping records, tracking history, courier signature proof will be stored for minimum 12 months for PayPal dispute & customs verification.
